Compared electronic opening loom to cams and dobby looms
the warp threads may not have poor opening.
Basically, the cross timing cannot be changed for each frame.
In the case of an electronic opening loom, it is possible to change the cross timing for each frame.
Example: plain weave,CM40/1×CM40/1 : 133×72
The cross timing of the 1-2 frame and the 3-4 frame is shifted to improve the handling of the warp threads. 1-2 frame = 290 °, 3-4 frame = 310 °, etc.
Since the cross timing cannot be shifted for each frame, the cross timing is the same for all frames. Therefore, poor opening of the warp is likely to occur.
It is possible to shift the cross timing for each frame. In addition, the cross timing can be set freely on the touch panel, and no mechanical setting is required.
