・First, check if there is any mistake in the heald or reed
・Next, depending on the woven fabric, increasing the density only at the start of the fabric may improve the handling of the warp near the start of the fabric.
・If the anti-fray yarn is in the same reed as the warp at the start of the woven fabric, the tension of the warp at the start of the woven fabric will basically increase, and the handling will tend to be better.
・Pay attention to the tension and material of the anti-fray thread. The higher the tension of the anti-fray yarn, the higher the warp tension at the start of the fabric tends to be. As for the material, cotton tends to have higher warp tension at the start of the woven fabric than polyester. (Non-slippery, less elongation is better)
