Sub-nozzle form②

The figure above summarizes the process of improving the sub-nozzle.
The ”テーパ孔” is the reverse taper sub-nozzle that was taken up last time.

From the above figure, it can be seen that since the initial sub-nozzle has no deflection angle”偏向角β”, the effect of transfer strings is less than that of other nozzles.

The direction of air is as follows.

The upward angle and deflection angle of each sub-nozzle change depending on the air pressure.
However, from the viewpoint of the angle ratio between the upward angle and the deflection angle, it can be seen that the taper sub-nozzle does not depend on the air pressure.
The constant angle ratio between the upward angle and the deflection angle means that there is no change in the air jet direction regardless of whether the air is low pressure or high pressure.

The figure above shows the results of blowing two holes and a taper hole sub-nozzle at 0.1, 0.2, and 0.5 Mpa.
If the air jet direction in the state of 0.5Mpa is the ideal direction, it can be seen that it is necessary to adjust the sub-nozzle angle when the air pressure is 0.1Mpa and 0.2Mpa with the 2-hole sub-nozzle.
However, since the taper hole sub-nozzle has almost the same air jet direction regardless of the air pressure, it is not necessary to adjust the angle of the sub-nozzle.

In addition, when comparing the taper hole sub-nozzle and the 2-hole sub-nozzle, the result shows that the taper hole sub-nozzle shows a higher wind pressure at the same nozzle pressure.
Air flow rate is the same.
If the factory owns hundreds of AJLs, the difference will be significant.
